1kAvia is an independent aviation parts supplier focused on providing
high-quality, traceable components and practical support to airlines,
MROs, lessors and brokers.

Now in our third year of operations, we have grown from a small, specialist
team into a trusted partner for customers across different regions,
supporting them with everything from one-off requests to ongoing
component programs.

Our approach is simple:

Our Story

1kAvia was founded by aviation professionals with years of experience working for airlines, MROs and trading houses.
We saw the same challenges repeating themselves:

  • Too many offers without proper documentation,
  • Unclear origins of parts,
  • Changing lead times and last-minute surprises,
  • And suppliers who treated every request the same – regardless of how critical it was.

We believed there was room for a supplier that combined technical understanding, structured processes and honest communication.
That idea became 1kAvia.

Over the past three years we have:

  • Built a curated network of audited suppliers and repair stations,
  • Supported a growing number of recurrent customers with their day-to-day material needs,
  • And successfully delivered on time-sensitive projects, end-of-lease events and repair cycles.

Much of our growth has come from repeat business and recommendations, which we see as the clearest indication that we are heading in the right direction.

What We Do

1kAvia provides comprehensive support for aircraft components and material flows.
Our activities typically cover:

Parts & Components Sourcing

Airframe parts, engine & APU components, avionics and electrical items, hydraulics, fuel system components, cabin & interior parts, as well as selected tools and consumables.

Logistics & Documentation Support

Coordination of shipping, customs and export papers, and ensuring that every shipment arrives with complete, consistent documentation.

We don’t aim to be “everything for everyone.”, instead, we focus on what we know best: aviation parts and the processes around them.

How We Work

From the first RFQ to final delivery, our work is guided by a few key principles:

Understanding the requirement

We take the time to clarify aircraft type, configuration, required documentation, acceptable alternatives and operational constraints. This reduces the risk of misunderstandings later.

Offering clear, comparable options

Where possible, we present you with choices – e.g. new, OH, SV or AR – we also explain the differences in lead time, cost and documentation, so you can make well-informed decisions.

Verifying suppliers and documentation

We cooperate with vetted suppliers and repair stations, systematically verifying certifications, traceability and paperwork before shipment.

Transparent communication

If something changes – lead time, routing, shop findings – we inform you promptly and offer alternatives where possible. No surprises, no hidden details.

Post-delivery follow-up

After delivery, we remain available to answer any questions you may have about documentation, warranties or future planning.

As our customer base has grown, we have steadily formalised and documented our internal processes. We are currently at the stage where we are preparing for ISO 9001 certification, building on structures that are already in place:

  • Defined process flows for RFQ handling, order processing and delivery,
  • Supplier evaluation and periodic re-assessment,
  • Documentation control and record keeping,
  • Complaint handling and continuous improvement.

Pursuing ISO 9001 is not just a marketing exercise for us. It reflects what we already believe in:
